EXPECTATIONS:
MEMBERS AND STAFF ARE EXPECTED TO FULFILL THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH INTEGRITY.
REGULAR ABSENTEEISM OR DISENGAGEMENT WITHOUT CAUSE MAY LEAD TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
PERSONAL PROPERTY MUST BE CAREFULLY MONITORED AND PROTECTED.
EXPECTATIONS:
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL BELONGINGS DURING ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS.
PARTICIPANTS MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ITEMS AND ENSURE THEY ARE ACCOUNTED FOR AT ALL TIMES.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
THE USE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES DURING ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
EXPECTATIONS:
ADHERE TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND INTERNAL REGULATIONS REGARDING SUBSTANCES.
CREATE A DRUG- AND ALCOHOL-FREE ENVIRONMENT AT ALL EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES, UNLESS EXPLICITLY AUTHORIZED.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE
VIOLENCE OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND IS NOT TOLERATED.
EXPECTATIONS:
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, THREATS, BULLYING, OR INTIMIDATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
CONFLICTS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED PROFESSIONALLY AND WITH RESPECT FOR OTHERS.
ETHICAL ENGAGEMENT & TRANSPARENCY
MEMBERS AND STAFF MUST ENGAGE IN ETHICAL BEHAVIOR AND TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR, DISHONESTY, OR MISREPRESENTATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
ENSURE TRANSPARENCY IN ALL DEALINGS AND MAINTAIN INTEGRITY IN OUR OPERATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST & NON-COMPETE
MEMBERS AND STAFF MUST AVOID CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND ANY ACTIVITIES THAT COULD HARM THE INTERESTS OF THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
DISCLOSE ANY POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST TO LEADERSHIP.
AVOID COMPETING ACTIVITIES THAT CONFLICT WITH THE XOLLECTIVE’S GOALS OR VALUES.
