STATEMENT OF APPLICATION
THE FOLLOWING XODE OF XONDUCT ESTABLISHES BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS ENGAGING WITH THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION (".XO," "WE," "US," OR "OUR"). BY PARTICIPATING IN OUR PROGRAMS, SERVICES, COLLABORATIONS, CONSULTATIONS, EVENTS, DIGITAL PLATFORMS, OR COMMUNITY INITIATIVES, PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO UPHOLD THESE STANDARDS.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
PROFESSIONALISM IS ESSENTIAL TO MAINTAINING A PRODUCTIVE AND COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS MUST COMMUNICATE RESPECTFULLY AND PROFESSIONALLY IN ALL INTERACTIONS.
MEMBERS AND COLLABORATORS SHOULD MAINTAIN A CONSTRUCTIVE AND COOPERATIVE APPROACH TO ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
DISAGREEMENTS SHOULD BE HANDLED CONSTRUCTIVELY AND WITHOUT HOSTILITY.

RESPECT FOR PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION PRIORITIZES MUTUAL RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING IN ALL INTERPERSONAL INTERACTIONS.
EXPECTATIONS:
EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, AND PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES MUST ALWAYS BE RESPECTED.
PARTICIPANTS MUST REFRAIN FROM INTRUDING INTO THE PRIVATE LIVES OF OTHERS UNLESS SUCH INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARILY SHARED.
ALL INTERACTIONS SHOULD REFLECT PROFESSIONALISM AND MUTUAL CONSIDERATION.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
PARTICIPANTS MUST RESPECT THE CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY OF OTHERS ENGAGING WITHIN THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
PERSONAL INFORMATION SHARED WITHIN ORGANIZATIONAL SPACES MUST REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL UNLESS EXPLICIT PERMISSION IS GRANTED.
UNAUTHORIZED SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA, COMMUNICATIONS, OR PRIVATE MATTERS INVOLVING PARTICIPANTS IS PROHIBITED.
PARTICIPANTS MUST RESPECT THE PRIVACY PREFERENCES OF OTHERS IN BOTH PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL ENVIRONMENTS.

MEDIA CONSENT
RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHING, OR DOCUMENTING OTHERS WITHOUT CONSENT IS PROHIBITED.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS MUST SEEK CONSENT BEFORE CAPTURING MEDIA INVOLVING OTHERS.
INDIVIDUALS WHO DECLINE PARTICIPATION IN RECORDINGS OR MEDIA MUST HAVE THEIR DECISION RESPECTED.
OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION OF EVENTS OR PROGRAMS MAY BE CONDUCTED BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
SEPARATE MEDIA RELEASE REQUIREMENTS MAY APPLY TO CERTAIN PROGRAMS, EVENTS, RECORDINGS, OR COLLABORATIONS.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FREE OF DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, OR INTIMIDATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT BASED ON RACE, ETHNICITY, NATIONALITY, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RELIGION, DISABILITY, OR OTHER PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
PARTICIPANTS MUST CONTRIBUTE TO A CULTURE OF INCLUSION, RESPECT, AND PROFESSIONALISM.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR VIOLENCE
VIOLENCE, INTIMIDATION, OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
EXPECTATIONS:
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE, THREATS, BULLYING, OR INTIMIDATION MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM PROGRAMS OR EVENTS.
CONFLICTS MUST BE ADDRESSED THROUGH RESPECTFUL AND CONSTRUCTIVE COMMUNICATION.

SAFETY AND WELL-BEING
THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF PARTICIPANTS IS A PRIORITY WITHIN THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS MUST FOLLOW SAFETY PROCEDURES AND VENUE GUIDELINES DURING EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
UNSAFE CONDITIONS OR CONCERNS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROMPTLY.
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD ACT RESPONSIBLY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR OTHERS.

PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES
THE USE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES DURING ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES IS PROHIBITED. ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCES MAY ONLY BE PERMITTED WHERE ALLOWED BY LAW, VENUE POLICY, AND ORGANIZATIONAL APPROVAL.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND VENUE POLICIES REGARDING SUBSTANCES.
ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS SHOULD REMAIN SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE SPACES FOR PARTICIPATION.

RESPECT FOR ORGANIZATIONAL PROPERTY
ORGANIZATIONAL MATERIALS, RESOURCES, AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE HANDLED RESPONSIBLY.

PARTICIPANTS MUST TREAT SHARED PROPERTY, MATERIALS, AND FACILITIES WITH CARE.
INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY MAY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY.
EXPECTATIONS:
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS DURING EVENTS OR ACTIVITIES.
PARTICIPANTS MUST MONITOR AND SECURE THEIR BELONGINGS.

COMMITMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION REQUIRES RESPONSIBILITY AND ENGAGEMENT.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD FULFILL COMMITMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSOCIATED WITH PROGRAMS, COLLABORATIONS, AND EVENTS.
REPEATED DISENGAGEMENT, ABSENCE, OR FAILURE TO MEET AGREED RESPONSIBILITIES MAY AFFECT PARTICIPATION STATUS.

ETHICAL ENGAGEMENT AND TRANSPARENCY
PARTICIPANTS ARE EXPECTED TO ACT ETHICALLY AND MAINTAIN TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR, DISHONESTY, OR MISREPRESENTATION IS PROHIBITED.
PARTICIPANTS MUST ACT WITH INTEGRITY WHEN REPRESENTING THEMSELVES OR ENGAGING WITH THE ORGANIZATION.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
PARTICIPANTS MUST AVOID ACTIVITIES THAT CONFLICT WITH THE INTERESTS OR INTEGRITY OF THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION.
EXPECTATIONS:
POTENTIAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST SHOULD BE DISCLOSED TO ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP.
ACTIVITIES THAT UNDERMINE ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAMS OR COLLABORATIONS MAY AFFECT CONTINUED PARTICIPATION.

PARTICIPANT DISPUTES
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION MAY FACILITATE COLLABORATIONS, INTRODUCTIONS, PROGRAMS, AND PROFESSIONAL INTERACTIONS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS. HOWEVER, THE ORGANIZATION DOES NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRIVATE AGREEMENTS, BUSINESS ARRANGEMENTS, OR DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS.
EXPECTATIONS:
PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS, AGREEMENTS, AND COLLABORATIONS.
PRIVATE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BE DOCUMENTED SEPARATELY AND ARE NOT GOVERNED BY THIS XODE OF XONDUCT UNLESS THEY DIRECTLY IMPACT ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAMS OR EVENTS.
THE ORGANIZATION MAY PROVIDE GUIDANCE OR MEDIATION WHERE APPROPRIATE, BUT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS.
PARTICIPANTS AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES LIABLE FOR DISPUTES ARISING FROM INDEPENDENT COLLABORATIONS OR AGREEMENTS BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS.

ORGANIZATIONAL AUTHORITY
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS IN RESPONSE TO VIOLATIONS OF THIS XODE OF XONDUCT. DECISIONS REGARDING ENFORCEMENT, PARTICIPATION STATUS, AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS ARE MADE AT THE DISCRETION OF ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP.
PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY TO ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP THROUGH THE DESIGNATED CONTACT CHANNEL.

IMMEDIATE REMOVAL
THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ANY PARTICIPANT FROM AN EVENT, PROGRAM, OR PLATFORM IF THEIR BEHAVIOR THREATENS THE SAFETY, WELL-BEING, OR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF OTHERS.

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS
VIOLATIONS OF THIS XODE OF XONDUCT MAY RESULT IN CORRECTIVE ACTION, INCLUDING:
WARNINGS
REMOVAL FROM EVENTS OR PROGRAMS
SUSPENSION OF PARTICIPATION
TERMINATION OF COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS
RESTRICTION OF ACCESS TO ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES OR PLATFORMS
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE NATURE AND SEVERITY OF THE VIOLATION.

RELATIONSHIP TO AGREEMENTX
THIS XODE OF XONDUCT OPERATES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION AGREEMENTX. PARTICIPANTS ENGAGING WITH THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH BOTH DOCUMENTS.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY PARTICIPATING IN PROGRAMS, EVENTS, COLLABORATIONS, OR SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE XOLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION, PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO UPHOLD THE STANDARDS OUTLINED IN THIS XODE OF XONDUCT.
